Court
A court is 14 x 26 metres.
Team
Each team consists of 5 players and a maximum of 3 substitutes.
Points
A win counts 2 points, a draw 1 point and a loss is no points.
A score is 2 points and a successful free throw is 1 point.
Playing time
The playing will be 15 minutes.
Extra rules
We play without making use of the tree-points lines.
After three personal faults made by a team each following fault will be rewarded by a score and ball out to the other team
Volleyball rules

Court
The game is played indoor. The court is 18 x 9 metres. Height of the net is 2,24 metres for girls and 2,43 metres for boys.
Each team consists of 6 players and 2 substitute.
Points
Rallypoint-system is used. 2 sets are played; each set won counts 1 point. When time is over the current rally has to be played. A draw in a set has to be decided by an extra ball.
Playing time
The playing time will be 20 minutes (2 x 10 minutes).
Extra rules
The ball can be played with any part of the body.
Players themselves keep track of the service-order (each in turn) Rotation is in clock-wise manner.
A block is seen as playing the ball once, so after a touch by the block the ball can only be played twice.
A player is allowed to first block and then play the “second ball”.
Every touching of the net is a violation of the rules.
The ball is in when it hits the court (including the line).
Ultimate Frisbee rules

Playing field
The field is 40 x 30 metres (a quarter of a soccer-pitch incl. end-zone)
The goal-area is a rectangle of 30 x 10 metres (end-zone).
Team
Ultimate Frisbee is played by two teams of 6 players each and 2 substitutes.
Points
A point is scored when the attacking team catches the Frisbee inside the goal-area of the defending team.
To score the Frisbee has to be played by a member of the same team

The playing time will 15 minutes).
Extra rules
There is no referee on the court!
Opening throw: A team throws the Frisbee as far away from the end zone as possible.
The opponent is halfway down the court and can either catch the Frisbee or allow it to drop on the ground.
This team is now going to attack and try to score in the opposing end zone.
In and out: A Frisbee is in when it is caught inside the court. The side lines and back lines are out.
Likewise the attacker has to catch the disk inside the end zone to score.
Playing the Frisbee
An attacker can play the Frisbee in any direction.
This has to be done within 10 seconds; a defender takes position next to the
Frisbee-holder and counts out loud to 10. Walking with a Frisbee is not allowed.
Changing possession of the Frisbee:
The defending team gets possession of the Frisbee and can attack when an attack is interrupted.
This, for instance, is the case when the Frisbee hits the ground, is intercepted or caught outside the lines.
Physical contact is not allowed.

Matches are played on one half of a soccer-pitch.

A team consists of 6 players incl. a goalkeeper.
Points
A win counts 2 points, a draw 1 point and a loss is no points.

Extra rules
There is no off-side rule. A return pass to the goalkeeper is allowed.
